Get peace of mind starting at only $25/month with our maintenance membership subscription. Service members get a system that's checked twice a year and a local team that already knows their equipment.

Joining takes a quick phone call. You can also book your first visit online and tell us you'd like the Service Membership, and we'll get you set up when we come out.
Spring visit (cooling)

The terms, in plain English
- 12-month commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month at the current rate. Either side can cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Canceling early. If you cancel before the first 12 months are up, the rest of that year's balance is due.
- Billing. Monthly charges go to the payment method on file.
- Filters. We'll install a filter you have on hand, or bring one if you ask 7 days ahead (billed on that visit).
- Access. Clear paths to your equipment and secured pets, please. If we can't safely reach the equipment, the visit may be rescheduled and a trip fee may apply.
- Maintenance, not a warranty. Visits are preventative and show the system's condition on the day of service. Repairs are quoted separately with your member discount.

Service Membership questions
How long is the membership?
The Service Membership is a 12-month commitment. After the first 12 months it continues month-to-month at the current rate until either side cancels with 30 days' notice.
What if I cancel during the first 12 months?
If you end the membership before the first 12-month term is complete, the remaining balance for the rest of that year becomes due. We're upfront about this because the repair and replacement discounts are built around a full year of membership.
What does it cost for more than one system?
$25/month covers your primary system. Each additional system at the same address is $18/month, as long as it is serviced at the same appointment.
When is the diagnostic fee waived?
The standard diagnostic fee is waived for service calls during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Are repairs included?
No. Repairs found during a visit are quoted separately, with your 15% member discount on parts and labor applied.
Do you provide air filters?
If you have a filter, the technician will install it at your visit. If you'd like us to bring one, request it at least 7 days ahead and it will be billed on that visit's invoice.
What do I need to do before a visit?
Please make sure we can safely reach your indoor and outdoor equipment: clear debris and plants from around the outdoor unit, keep attic or crawlspace paths open, and secure pets. If we can't safely reach the equipment, the visit may need to be rescheduled and a trip fee may apply.
Does maintenance guarantee my system won't fail?
No. This is preventative maintenance. An inspection shows the condition of your system at the time of the visit. It helps catch problems early, but it can't guarantee against future failures or repairs.
